Hello, welcome to my teaching site!

On this site you will find a variety of teaching tools and strategies that I have used or a colleague has shown me that I have found to be awesome. Some of the teaching tips will just be little tricks or short cuts on how to use the technology and teaching strategy, because believe me as a teacher I know we need to know the fastest and simplest way in order for it to actually be implemented into our classrooms! I do not claim to be an expert on anything, but I find true pleasure in taking the teaching strategies and finding quick and easy ways to implement them into the classroom and I hope to share my ideas with you. I will post blog post on trendy new educational tools, along with videos on how to use them. A little about myself:

I am currently an 8th grade mathematics teacher in Southern California in the suburbs outside of Los Angeles. This past year I was the 8th grade department lead and in the upcoming school year I will also be our school’s instructional coach. I also lead a professional development team on educational technology. My goal is to use this website, along with social media to share all the strategies I have learned from friends and colleagues and to share with anyone who is looking for new ideas for their classroom. I truly hope that you enjoy it!
